What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical execution of major global esports events such as Valorant Champions and League of Legends World Championship.
• Partner with leadership to contribute to the multi-year technical roadmap and implement global asset strategies for rented and owned equipment.
• Manage event-specific contractor teams, broadcast tech managers, and vendor utility contractors, including resource planning and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day vendor relationships, SOW creation, and event-level budget management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Champion broadcast technology excellence by identifying, piloting, and implementing emerging technologies and process improvements.
• Mentor technical managers and communicate project status, risks, and milestones to all event stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in broadcast operations, technical production, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex technical projects or large-scale broadcast events.
• Proven experience managing project-specific contractor or vendor teams.
• Experience managing and tracking complex project budgets.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale broadcast systems and live production logistics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
