Junior Account Manager

Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City (2 days in office required)

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

What you will do

• Assist with partner onboarding, account setup, and product training sessions.
• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of smaller partner accounts.
• Troubleshoot order issues and resolve service requests cross-functionally.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to monitor and manage outstanding balances.
• Oversee office equipment and inventory tracking for the NYC location.
• Develop core account management skills with a path toward full account ownership.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in NYC
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proactive self-starter with a growth mindset and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for video meetings and email correspondence.
