What you will do
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Hex for product managers, engineering leads, and executives.
- Partner with PMs to analyze product usage, adoption, retention, and conversion flows.
- Manage and configure the product analytics tool stack, including Pendo and Hex.
- Enable PMs to self-serve by creating documentation, templates, and intuitive dashboards.
- Design and iterate AI agent workflows to automate prospecting, lead qualification, and outreach.
- Leverage LLM-powered tools to build scalable processes for roadmap planning, market feedback, and team enablement.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL for daily data analysis against complex, real-world datasets.
- Proven track record in product analytics, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
- Experience with SQL-based exploration tools such as Hex or Mode.
- Demonstrated ability to build AI/LLM-powered automation workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
