What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of three analysts dedicated to the core sales-driven product.
• Advise the Product SVP on critical analyses and monitoring to close knowledge gaps.
• Direct the execution of complex initiatives involving technical and business stakeholders.
• Empower product teams with advanced analytical methodologies and tools to foster a data-driven culture.
• Partner with product research leaders and VPs to advocate for insights-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in the Barcelona Area.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization using SQL, DBT, and Tableau.
• Proven experience managing data analysts and aligning them with a strategic vision.
• University degree in business or engineering.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of SaaS Product metrics and the full product lifecycle.
• Experience implementing predictive models and understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Prior experience using the hirify.global platform or similar experience analytics tools.
• Ability to remain hands-on to unblock the team while maintaining strategic communication.
