TL;DR

Staff Data Analyst (Marketing): Serving as the senior analytical partner to the Marketing organization to define performance metrics, influence investment decisions, and shape data foundations for AI and automation. Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada

Salary: $149,000–$216,000 USD (US) or $131,000–$175,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

  • Define and implement marketing performance measurement frameworks and analytical standards.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to influence investment decisions and strategic planning.
  • Lead attribution modernization and marketing measurement transformation initiatives.
  • Build trusted, governed data foundations to support AI and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, Product, and Data Engineering teams.
  • Mentor junior analysts and raise the bar on analytical standards across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics and data strategy within B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in attribution, funnel analysis, forecasting, and KPI development.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale analytical datasets.
  • Proficiency in modern cloud data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt).
  • Experience with GTM platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, and GA4.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-assisted analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools like Hex, Omni, Claude, or Dust.
