What you will do

  • Lead the strategy and governance of performance-driven incentive plans aligned with business growth and priorities.
  • Design scalable compensation models for cloud, consumption-based, and partner-led growth.
  • Develop and deliver seller performance analytics and executive dashboards to measure productivity and ROI.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compensation strategy and seller effectiveness.
  • Establish governance frameworks and audit-ready documentation to ensure global compliance and fairness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance.
  • Deep expertise in incentive plan strategy, design, governance, and compliance.
  • Strong experience in seller performance analytics and executive reporting.
  • Advanced financial modeling and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Analytics (MBA preferred).
  • Must be based in the United States.
