What you will do

• Oversee the global accounting organization, including controllership, audit, tax, and financial systems.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including consolidation and financial reporting.
• Lead internal and external audit activities and develop global accounting policies and procedures.
• Deliver financial insights based on USGAAP, International GAAP, and local GAAP (ASC 606).
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence, deal structure, and accounting integration plans.
• Optimize financial systems and leverage AI to drive operational excellence and data analytics.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum 15 years of accounting experience, preferably across publicly traded and private equity companies.
• Netsuite experience is a must have.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing global accounting teams.
• Must be based in the USA to support the hybrid work model in Boston.
