What you will do
- Coordinate with Wellbeing leadership to enhance operational excellence and oversee financial planning and analysis for core Wellbeing functions.
- Track unit cost metrics, identify cost drivers, and lead performance improvement initiatives, including investment evaluation for tooling and staffing.
- Lead financial modeling for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals and provide financial oversight for large client implementations.
- Evaluate vendor contracts and outsourcing models to improve financial efficiency and scalability, partnering with Commercial and Product on pricing implications.
- Own Wellbeing pricing strategy and maintain pricing frameworks aligned with margin targets.
- Define and track KPIs (member engagement/participation, product margin, retention and renewal economics) and translate them into leadership decisions.
Requirements
- United States remote eligibility.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles (minimum 7 years in similar finance leadership positions).
- Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite and Anaplan (preferred).
- Comfort using AI and automation tools to accelerate financial analysis, modeling, and reporting, with a point of view on where they drive efficiency.
- Experience producing results using MS Office and dashboard/visualization tools.
