TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead G&A planning and serve as the primary finance business partner for HR, IT, Legal, and Finance functions.
  • Manage consolidation and baseline reporting in collaboration with GTM and P&E FP&A leads.
  • Oversee system administration for Workday Adaptive and leverage Snowflake, PowerBI, and AI tools to extract and disseminate business intelligence.
  • Centralize and manage business and data KPIs to support Board of Directors and external requirements.
  • Partner with Collections and AP teams to forecast near-term cash flow and manage long-term balance sheet modeling.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance business partner experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Deep proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, or similar EPM/ERP tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
  • Proven ability to translate financial complexity into strategic guidance for non-finance executive audiences.
