What you will do

• Own commission operations, including calculation, validation, and resolution of payment discrepancies.
• Lead commission finance activities and maintain the Commissions module in Anaplan.
• Partner with Sales and GTM leadership for bookings forecasting, pipeline analysis, and headcount planning.
• Build scalable financial models to support annual planning and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Accounting, and HR to align planning initiatives.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Commercial Finance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience building and managing models in Anaplan.
• Proven track record supporting GTM organizations within a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
