What you will do

• Own end-to-end project execution, planning, and scheduling across the full project lifecycle.
• Serve as the PMO lead for the ML agentic platform and customer-facing AI products.
• Partner with engineering leads to embed AI into SDLC phases, including requirements, development, testing, and release.
• Establish and continuously improve team processes to increase quality and productivity.
• Facilitate lightweight agile ceremonies and utilize Jira for progress and capacity visibility.
• Translate complex engineering challenges into executive narratives for the CTO and VP level.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of technical program management experience in a software engineering organization.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically in AI, ML, or platform transformation contexts.
• Fluency with AI-driven SDLC concepts, including co-pilot/code generation tooling and agentic deployment.
• Experience running programs that span multiple scrum teams, including offshore-heavy organizations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and engineering metrics such as DORA or SPACE.
