What you will do

• Manage action logs, track follow-through, and escalate overdue items with recommended next steps.
• Flag schedule risks, dependency conflicts, and delivery gaps proactively.
• Run weekly program status meetings and produce concise health reports.
• Maintain task status in Linear/Procore, ensuring sequencing and prioritization.
• Own the program change control log with documented impact assessments.
• Analyze burn rates and estimate-to-complete reports to track budget variances.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 6+ years of experience in project management, PMO operations, or program coordination within infrastructure or hardware-intensive environments.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Linear, Procore, Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for status reports and executive briefings.
• Experience with cost performance reporting, burn rate analysis, and change control management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
