Salary: $89,000 - $119,000

What you will do

• Support partner onboarding logistics including location setup, rate card validation, and training coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional action items across CS, Product, Data, and Localization teams.
• Manage active Slack channels and triage inbound partner support requests.
• Maintain the Confluence database as the source of truth for all partner data and documentation.
• Monitor post-launch performance trends and flag issues during the critical hypercare window.
• Identify process gaps and support the Onboarding Associate in maintaining launch timelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or account management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Clear, confident communication skills for Slack, email, and async environments.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco, CA.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a bias toward documentation and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Experience with Confluence, Slack, Asana, or Jira.
• Familiarity with marketplace, gig economy, or B2B operations.
• Experience delivering training or facilitating sessions.
• Exposure to AI tools like Claude for operational efficiency.
