Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 2 days/week in-office)
Salary: $89,000 - $119,000

What you will do
- Support partner onboarding logistics including location setup, rate card validation, and training coordination.
- Coordinate cross-functional action items across CS, Product, Data, and Localization teams.
- Manage active Slack channels and triage inbound partner support requests.
- Maintain the Confluence database as the source of truth for all partner data and documentation.
- Monitor post-launch performance trends and flag issues during the critical hypercare window.
- Identify process gaps and support the Onboarding Associate in maintaining launch timelines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or account management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Clear, confident communication skills for Slack, email, and async environments.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco, CA.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a bias toward documentation and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks end-to-end.
Nice to have
- Experience with Confluence, Slack, Asana, or Jira.
- Familiarity with marketplace, gig economy, or B2B operations.
- Experience delivering training or facilitating sessions.
- Exposure to AI tools like Claude for operational efficiency.
