TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (AI): Building the field marketing program from the ground up to drive enterprise pipeline and customer engagement with an accent on in-person and virtual event strategy. Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid in San Francisco or Remote).

Salary: $145,000–$160,000/year.

What you will do

  • Build the field marketing strategy, processes, and annual programming from scratch.
  • Execute end-to-end experiences including executive dinners, workshops, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales to align programs with territory plans and move deals forward.
  • Develop playbooks for event planning, sales engagement, and lead follow-up to ensure scalability.
  • Measure and communicate program impact on pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and build authentic relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in field marketing or events.
  • Proven ability to build programs from the ground up rather than just executing existing ones.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex logistics and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with Sales to drive revenue outcomes and pipeline growth.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure marketing impact beyond registration numbers.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–35% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing SaaS products to creative or enterprise teams.
  • Background in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience producing workshops or educational experiences.
  • Genuine interest in storytelling, video, podcasts, or the creative process.
