Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. Relocation support is available to NYC or SF.

Salary: $119,000 – $181,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Own and scale the partner field marketing strategy to generate measurable pipeline and net-new business.
  • Develop targeted engagement strategies for executive dinners, roadshows, and third-party conferences.
  • Partner with Alliances and Sales to align target account lists and maximize partner contribution.
  • Design partner-integrated event experiences to engage priority customer accounts.
  • Develop attribution frameworks and reporting to measure partner-sourced attendance and performance.
  • Utilize AI and automation to improve campaign execution and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partner, channel, or field marketing within high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Experience executing top-tier executive events and conference ancillary events.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and partner-led demand generation.
  • Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must actively leverage AI tools as a core part of daily work to improve productivity and workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience with technology alliances, cloud partners, or systems integrators.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and partner attribution models.
