TL;DR

Renewals Manager (SaaS): Driving future growth by navigating commercial and contractual discussions to retain revenue at scale with an accent on digital engagement and adoption solutions. Focus on architecting automated programs for scale and managing high-volume C-suite relationships.

Location: Remote (USA). Central or Eastern standard time preferred.

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000+ OTE

What you will do

  • Own and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the customer success team to preserve and expand customer contracts.
  • Manage commercial and contractual discussions with C-suite executives at emerging and mid-market customers.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Enablement, and RevOps to design and implement scalable digital engagement and adoption solutions.
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 120-day forecast of renewals, including pricing, timing, and risk.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the contract renewal process to maximize growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management within an enterprise B2B SaaS organization.
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts using automation tools to engage customers at scale.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and create strategic approaches to improve retention.
  • Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals.
  • Must be based in the USA (Central or Eastern standard time preferred).
