TL;DR

Express Specialist (Auto): Handling and resolving non-injury auto insurance claims with an accent on claims investigation, liability determination, and customer service. Focus on evaluating settlement values, managing documentation, and providing empathetic communication to policyholders.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and able to obtain state adjuster licenses)

Salary: $21.44 - $29.16 per hour

What you will do

  • Investigate non-injury physical damage claims, verify coverage, and determine liability.
  • Evaluate claims to determine appropriate settlement values according to company and state standards.
  • Manage low-complexity physical damage claims, tasks, and documentation efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive and transparent communication.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
  • Identify and refer claims to Special Investigations or Total Loss teams when appropriate.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses within the required timeframe.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer service, insurance, automotive, banking, or hospitality.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment.
