• Review inspection packets and documentation for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Proactively monitor open claims to facilitate efficient resolution and closure.
• Provide guidance to retailers on portal usage and claim submission processes.
• Offer service solutions for out-of-warranty or non-covered items.

Requirements

• Must be based in Michigan
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with computer systems and keyboarding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
