• Offer service solutions for out-of-warranty or non-covered items.
• Document all claim updates and actions taken in the system with high accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in Michigan
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills
