Salary: $19 – $21 per hour

What you will do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing policyholders
- Process service requests including vehicle/driver updates and lienholder changes
- Assist customers with coverage questions and policy benefit explanations
- Actively work to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation
- Maintain accurate policy documentation and records
Requirements
- Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Passion for helping customers and problem-solving
- Willingness to obtain a P&C insurance license within 60 days of start
