What you will do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing policyholders.
- Process service requests including vehicle/driver updates and lienholder information.
- Address customer questions regarding insurance coverage and policy benefits.
- Actively work to retain policyholders by finding solutions for at-risk customers.
Requirements
- Must reside in one of the specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Passion for helping others and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain a P&C insurance license within 60 days of starting.
