Location: Must reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour.

What you will do

  • Respond to inbound calls from existing policyholders.
  • Process service requests including vehicle/driver updates and lienholder information.
  • Address customer questions regarding insurance coverage and policy benefits.
  • Actively work to retain policyholders by finding solutions for at-risk customers.

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Passion for helping others and strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to obtain a P&C insurance license within 60 days of starting.
