What you will do
- Build and close a pipeline of enterprise accounts with large engineering organizations.
- Generate qualified opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Lead compelling product demos and communicate ’s value clearly.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver technical evaluations.
- Partner with decision-makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- Travel as needed to support deals and customer relationships.
Requirements
- Location: must be currently based in Sydney or Melbourne (Australia).
- 5+ years in software sales with strong prospecting background (ideally DevOps/DevSecOps/Cloud Native/CNCF-related).
- 3+ years selling into Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience engaging software engineering leaders and technical decision-makers.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and developer tools.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.

- Compensation range in Australia: A$162K–A$219K base, with equity and commission; EAM base/commission is approximately 50/50.
