What you will do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, closing, and renewals.
- Build pipeline from ICP accounts via research, networking, and disciplined outbound prospecting.
- Negotiate and close complex deals by handling objections and partnering with legal and finance.
- Manage executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders and drive measurable ROI into long-term partnerships.
- Develop account strategies, craft tailored proposals, and partner with Marketing on converting campaigns.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to feed customer signals into the roadmap and represent at industry events.
Requirements
- 4+ years in an enterprise, customer-facing sales role with a track record of identifying and closing large net-new accounts.
- Experience in complex solution sales, including managing a $1M+ quota and closing six- and seven-figure deals.
- Consistent performance against pipeline-generation targets for net-new business.
- Proven prospecting and lead-generation skills (research, networking, outbound) to build enterprise pipeline.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset to read market trends, spot opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience selling Conversational AI.
- Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup, building GTM strategies, sales teams, and sales motions from scratch.
- Familiarity with the AI landscape, key players, and emerging trends.
