TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Sales): Own end-to-end enterprise account revenue, building pipeline through value-driven outbounding and closing complex net-new deals with an accent on negotiating six- and seven-figure contracts and driving executive relationships. Focus on shaping the GTM sales motion early, translating customer feedback into the product roadmap, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure measurable ROI.

What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, closing, and renewals.
  • Build pipeline from ICP accounts via research, networking, and disciplined outbound prospecting.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals by handling objections and partnering with legal and finance.
  • Manage executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders and drive measurable ROI into long-term partnerships.
  • Develop account strategies, craft tailored proposals, and partner with Marketing on converting campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to feed customer signals into the roadmap and represent hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in an enterprise, customer-facing sales role with a track record of identifying and closing large net-new accounts.
  • Experience in complex solution sales, including managing a $1M+ quota and closing six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Consistent performance against pipeline-generation targets for net-new business.
  • Proven prospecting and lead-generation skills (research, networking, outbound) to build enterprise pipeline.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset to read market trends, spot opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling Conversational AI.
  • Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup, building GTM strategies, sales teams, and sales motions from scratch.
  • Familiarity with the AI landscape, key players, and emerging trends.
