What you will do
- Execute ABM and B2B demand generation strategies in coordination with the Head of Marketing.
- Run multi-channel ABM campaigns utilizing email, paid media, outbound support, and content.
- Manage lead and account operations, including sourcing, scoring, routing, and nurturing.
- Partner with SDRs and AEs to develop outreach cadences and follow-up plays.
- Track and report on funnel performance and conduct experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Take full ownership of growth initiatives and operational execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or Revenue Operations.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline from target accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and tools such as RollWorks, Rb2b, Apollo, Unify, or Zapier.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in managing dashboards and funnel metrics.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Must be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
