What you will do
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy for a portfolio of ecommerce clients.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for email, SMS, CRM, customer journeys, and loyalty initiatives.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor, leading client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Champion testing strategies and continuous optimization across all lifecycle programs.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and development teams to ensure successful execution.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience leading lifecycle and retention marketing programs for DTC ecommerce brands.
- Minimum 4 years of advanced, hands-on experience using Klaviyo.
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Proven expertise in Shopify or Shopify Plus ecosystems.
- English proficiency: All application materials and communications must be in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into strategic business recommendations.

- Experience supporting enterprise and high-growth ecommerce brands.
- Familiarity with additional marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Experience presenting strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
