What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding Managed SEO campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign walkthroughs, timelines, and deliverables with SEO specialists and clients.
• Manage client onboarding and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Provide timely customer support via email and phone regarding service bookings and campaign status.
• Identify process improvements and provide solutions to the team leader.
• Handle escalated cases swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a BPO setup.
• Understanding of account management and internet technology.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned campaigns.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of experience in SEO.
