Senior Account Manager (Advertising)

Location: Makati City, Philippines; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week

What you will do

• Supervise account strategy and development, including marketing channels and communication plans.
• Support clients in setting short- and long-term marketing objectives and act as the internal client liaison.
• Oversee new product and service launches and ensure the quality of final agency work.
• Manage account staff workflow, training, and career development.
• Oversee budgets, account profitability, forecasting, tracking, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of advertising experience, including at least 2 years in account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong qualitative and quantitative analytical understanding.
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Knowledge of agency functions, including production, media, research, and database management.
• Strong analytics background and the ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing outputs.
