What you will do

• Supervise the strategic direction and development of accounts and identify effective marketing channels.
• Direct the development of marketing and communication plans to meet client goals.
• Manage account staff daily workflow, training, and career development.
• Oversee overall budget management, account profitability, and financial forecasting.
• Act as the internal client liaison and ensure high-quality control of all agency output.
• Lead the launch of new products and services for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of advertising experience with at least 2 years in account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of agency functional areas, including production, media, research, and database management.
• Strong analytics background to translate customer insights into actionable marketing outputs.
