What you will do

• Manage current organic accounts, overseeing strategy, content direction, posting cadence, and reporting.
• Design scalable delivery systems, including creator pods and weekly repurposing systems for UGC and paid assets.
• Develop and package the service offer, including scopes, rate cards, and audits.
• Recruit and lead a team of strategists, producers, and editors as the department grows.
• Analyze performance metrics (growth, engagement) to align organic results with performance marketing goals.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on pitches and client upsells.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience growing organic social accounts at an agency or lean in-house team.
• Deep expertise in social platform trends, hooks, formats, and edit pacing.
• Ability to set creative direction and ship content on a daily basis.
• Experience briefing, directing, and building systems around UGC talent.
• Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and build processes from scratch.

• Agency experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
