What you will do
- Own the conceptualization and execution of all email and SMS marketing content, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs.
- Develop and manage lifecycle flows such as welcome series, post-purchase nurture, and cart abandonment.
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure all communications are on-brand and resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor and optimize deliverability, sender reputation, and engagement metrics like open and click-through rates.
- Define segmentation logic to ensure the right messages reach the right customers at the right time.
- Report on performance data and apply insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing with a strong focus on writing.
- Hands-on experience with ESPs or marketing automation platforms like Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Braze.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage lifecycle programs and segmentation logic.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and deliverability indicators.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for troubleshooting and template adjustments.
- Must be based in the Philippines and available for the required working hours (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM PHT).

- Experience with SMS marketing platforms.
- Background in B2C or DTC marketing.
- Experience writing specifically for a consumer/college-age audience.
