Salary: $150,000 - $205,000 base + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives

What you will do
- Drive net new business expansion as the Data sales lead for the Americas region.
- Manage the full sales funnel from identifying and qualifying prospects to closing deals with institutional clients.
- Perform consultative selling of BMR-compliant benchmarks, custom index solutions, and real-time/historical APIs.
- Serve as the primary regional liaison to ensure client retention and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with global sales, product development, and research teams to align market feedback with the product roadmap.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and reporting using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be located in New York (or able to work onsite).
- 5+ years of institutional sales experience in fintech, market data, global finance, or digital assets.
- Deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, on-chain metrics, and benchmark regulations (BMR/IOSCO).
- Active network of C-suite and decision-maker connections within the Americas region.
- Proven ability to independently negotiate and close complex institutional licensing deals.
- Proficiency in AI, Salesforce, Excel, and G-Suite.
