What you will do

• Drive end-to-end technical architecture for CPQ initiatives, embedding AI/ML for dynamic pricing and contract anomaly detection.
• Design holistic integration strategies across the enterprise ecosystem, including CRM, ERP, Billing, and Provisioning systems.
• Partner with executives in Finance, Sales Operations, and IT to align technical execution with business strategy.
• Establish and enforce best-in-class industry design principles focusing on security, high availability, and scalability.
• Mentor and elevate the technical capabilities of junior architects, developers, and engineers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or software engineering, with 5+ years at a Principal Architect level.
• Must be based in Santa Clara, CA as the role requires full-time office presence.
• Profound understanding of CPQ business processes, product catalog modeling, and quoting workflows.
• Proven track record of designing complex integrations using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for C-suite executives.

Nice to have

• Experience designing architectures with Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic frameworks, and Vector Databases.
• Recognized architectural certifications in leading enterprise platforms.
• Experience in high-volume SaaS, Telecommunications, or Advanced Manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
