What you will do

• Lead end-to-end internal change initiatives and workflow optimization projects.
• Oversee strategic systems evaluations and cross-functional technology rollouts.
• Manage the implementation of AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance internal productivity.
• Project-manage corporate development and M&A integration projects.
• Collaborate with leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance for organizational alignment.
• Build and maintain project artifacts including Stakeholder Matrices, Risk Logs, and RACI matrices for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong background working within a fast-paced SaaS business model.
• Practical experience managing AI transformation initiatives or automated workflows.
• PMP certification strongly preferred or active enrollment in a PMP course.
• Expertise in formal project management and change management frameworks.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Toronto or Calgary, Canada.
