Salary: $104,800 - $176,400 USD (for US residents)

What you will do
- Establish and improve end-to-end marketplace operational processes, including private offer management and third-party integrations.
- Own the execution of hyperscaler funding initiatives such as AWS SCA, MPOPP, and GCP MCCP, including milestone tracking and deal registration.
- Administer hyperscaler platforms and maintain data integrity across Salesforce CRM and Tackle.io.
- Identify and build AI agents to automate repetitive workflows like offer status tracking and co-sell registration.
- Design and govern operational runbooks and process maps to ensure consistent execution across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to resolve complex billing, co-sell, and marketplace issues.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in cloud marketplace operations with direct ownership of hyperscaler workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Tackle.io or equivalent cloud marketplace management platforms.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner objects and opportunity management.
- Deep familiarity with AWS and GCP marketplace mechanics (CPPO/MCPO, co-sell registration, billing).
- Direct experience managing hyperscaler funding initiatives (SCA, MPOPP, MCCP).
- Must be based in Canada or the United States.

- Hands-on experience working with AI tools and building agents to automate operational workflows.
- Experience in B2B SaaS channel management.
