What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and launch activities for new and existing Marketplace vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure launch readiness.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and success criteria for various integration types (API, SFTP, manual).
• Identify project risks and blockers, developing mitigation plans to maintain delivery schedules.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes, documentation, and operational workflows to increase scalability.
• Manage reporting and metrics to track launch efficiency and operational performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Technical Implementations.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with APIs, SFTP, and software implementation lifecycles.
• Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
• Experience developing scalable operational processes and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience within SaaS, Marketplace, Rewards, FinTech, or eCommerce environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
