Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto
Salary: $81,000 – $88,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and launch activities for new and existing Marketplace vendors.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure launch readiness.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and success criteria for various integration types (API, SFTP, manual).
- Identify project risks and blockers, developing mitigation plans to maintain delivery schedules.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes, documentation, and operational workflows to increase scalability.
- Manage reporting and metrics to track launch efficiency and operational performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Technical Implementations.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with APIs, SFTP, and software implementation lifecycles.
- Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
- Experience developing scalable operational processes and documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience within SaaS, Marketplace, Rewards, FinTech, or eCommerce environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
