Salary: $111,000–$120,000

What you will do

  • Shape and manage end-to-end implementation projects, including scope, budget, financials, and risk management.
  • Lead, train, and coach a team of solution consultants and data engineers, managing their workload and career development.
  • Coordinate with global team leads in Chicago, Bucharest, and Helsinki to ensure proper resourcing.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with global customers, third-party vendors, and partners.
  • Identify and lead internal initiatives to improve operational workflows and professional services delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Chicago, IL (Hybrid).
  • Solid experience in project management and people leadership.
  • Technical understanding or hands-on experience with SQL, ERPs, or Qlik Sense.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

  • Project management experience within the SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with procurement as a business function.
  • Experience leading multicultural teams.
  • Understanding of finance and project financials.
