What you will do

• Lead product development teams by defining use cases and requirements for new Silicon Photonics solutions.
• Act as an expert consultant for key design-ins and provide technical guidance to field applications teams.
• Develop and deliver technical marketing presentations and user documentation.
• Collaborate with customers to optimize test quality and throughput on hirify.global ATE platforms.
• Work with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements definition to market release.
• Assist in defining PCB development requirements including schematic and layout.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience or Masters with 2-3 years in EE or related fields.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, specifically Silicon Photonics and signal processing.
• Proficiency in software programming, preferably .NET (C#, VB) and Python.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of RF device technology and testing.
• Experience with semiconductor device design, manufacturing, or testing.
