What you will do

• Develop and implement Resolution Enhancement Techniques (RET) for existing and novel process technologies.
• Perform Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) simulations and model calibration.
• Design and optimize OPC recipe code and validate algorithmic pattern layout manipulations.
• Apply machine learning, statistics, and predictive modeling to analyze fab process data.
• Collaborate with integrated lithography and mask manufacturing teams to optimize manufacturing process capability.
• Create technical documentation and presentations to support production mask tapeout and RET validation.

Requirements

• PhD with 4+ years, Master’s with 6+ years, or Bachelor’s with 9+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Extensive knowledge of OPC concepts and capabilities.
• Strong background in computational lithography, resolution enhancement technology, or mask optimization.
• Deep understanding of optics, photoresists, computer modeling, and software engineering principles.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Must be able to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.

• Understanding of the latest techniques for developing and optimizing OPC solutions for high-volume and newly developing technology nodes.
