What you will do

• Own critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to enable rapid device miniaturization.
• Troubleshoot tool and process issues using equipment logs, SPC charts, and metrology feedback.
• Implement modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, and yield.
• Lead and align a team of engineers, set technical direction, and mentor others.
• Manage equipment installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps.
• Participate in technology transfer to other global sites through training and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical) or related STEM field with 4+ years of experience (or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 6+ months).
• Proven experience in Semiconductor Engineering and supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps.
• Strong understanding of lithography track operations and process window sensitivity.
• Ability to work on-site in a cleanroom environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive accountability for execution.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a semiconductor Foundry or OSAT company.
• Prior experience as a technician or engineer in a semiconductor factory.
• Proficiency in statistics and experimental design for tool matching and qualification.
