What you will do

• Lead and coordinate equipment and packaging validations, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
• Solve complex problems related to process, equipment, and documentation to ensure regulatory quality standards.
• Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies and material handling.
• Manage Non-Conformances and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to drive quality improvements.
• Mentor engineers and technicians while leading cross-functional project teams.
• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and milestones for successful execution and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience (or Master's + 2 years / PhD).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required (sponsorship not available for this level).
• Experience with packaging equipment, sealing technologies, and process validation activities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems, risk management, and non-conformance investigations.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting packaging operations within regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications.
• Strong project management skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
