What you will do

• Develop corporate strategy and long-range planning materials for CEO briefings and board presentations.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to drive alignment among global stakeholders.
• Support investor relations activities, including earnings materials and narrative development for external stakeholders.
• Execute M&A due diligence, transaction execution, and post-acquisition integration planning.
• Establish frameworks and KPIs to monitor the performance of acquired or invested businesses.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and business case development.
• Experience coordinating executive-level communications in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• BA/BS degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Mateo or Los Angeles (Hybrid).
