What you will do

• Analyze quarterly and annual financial results and operating metrics to support external messaging.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, peer benchmarking, and valuation analyses.
• Prepare investor presentations, fact sheets, and briefing materials for senior executives.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Strategy teams to align global disclosures and narratives.
• Organize earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows.
• Ensure strict adherence to SEC filings and regulatory disclosure requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business with 4+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years.
• Must be based in the US (Arizona, California, or Oregon) to support the hybrid work model.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish.
• Ability to handle material non-public information with high integrity and ethical standards.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SEC regulations, Reg FD, and legal concepts around disclosure.
• Experience with IR platforms, CRM for IR, and earnings call webcast systems.
• Knowledge of the semiconductor or technology sector.
