Location: Hybrid role, onsite in Maple Plain, MN Tuesday-Thursday. ITAR-compliant: U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), or refugee/asylee status only. No temporary visas (E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN, OPT).

Salary: $87,800 - $131,800 a year

What you will do

• Support quarterly earnings preparation: press releases, slide decks, scripts, Q&A, and investor materials.
• Monitor peers, macroeconomic trends, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Maintain scorecards with consensus estimates, stock ratings, valuation metrics, and institutional ownership tracking.
• Evaluate inorganic growth: research acquisitions, partnerships, build profiles, financial models, and valuation analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence, manage investment documentation, prepare board presentations, and support post-close integration.
• Build cross-functional relationships and engage with external advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in corporate development, investor relations, investment banking, strategic finance, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, financial modeling, and valuation knowledge.
• Excellent written/verbal communication to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Attention to detail, integrity, self-starter mindset, and teamwork.
• U.S. work authorization per ITAR: Citizens, green card holders, or refugee/asylee only.

Nice to have

• M&A execution experience (due diligence, deal structuring, integration).
• Knowledge of capital markets and shareholder engagement.
• Comfort in cross-functional teams and with senior leadership.
