What you will do

• Build and oversee the internal audit function across all business units, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive, risk-based audit plan addressing operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Evaluate internal controls and governance effectiveness, identifying gaps and recommending improvements to operational leaders.
• Establish an optimal internal audit operating model, balancing in-house resources with co-sourcing.
• Drive efficiency by leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI for continuous monitoring and auditing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Security departments to ensure comprehensive risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive internal audit experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in the video game industry or related entertainment/technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS) and frameworks including COSO, COBIT, and ISO.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Culver City, CA.
