Senior Analyst Corporate Development

Location: New York City, NY; onsite

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support the Corporate Development team and executives with new business opportunities.
• Create business plans, financial models, market research and presentations for strategic decision-making.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and portfolio investment management.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with deal structuring, evaluation and negotiation.
• Research markets and trends across sports, media, technology and entertainment, including opportunities for new Sphere venues.
• Coordinate with external advisors and internal Legal, Accounting, Finance, Tax and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or liberal arts.
• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity or corporate finance at a top-tier company.
• Strong quantitative, financial, research, modeling and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong listening, writing and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, adapt to shifting priorities and solve problems.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
