Focus on conducting due diligence, structuring deals, and identifying growth opportunities in sports, media, and entertainment.

Location: Onsite in New York City, NY

Salary: $75,000 — $100,000 USD

What you will do

  • Support new business opportunities in collaboration with the Corporate Development team and executives.
  • Create comprehensive business plans, financial models, and conduct market research to drive business development.
  • Support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and equity investments.
  • Drive fact-based financial modeling and conduct due diligence for deal structuring and negotiation.
  • Monitor trends in sports, media, and technology to identify strategic opportunities and share insights.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or liberal arts.
  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate finance from a top-tiered company.
  • Advanced quantitative, financial modeling, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills tailored for all levels of the organization.
