What you will do

• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles, analyzing variances to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create and refine complex decision models and analyses to support game development and business decisions.
• Act as a financial partner to studio and publishing leads to help them manage their P&L effectively.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, distilling complex data into concise summaries for executives.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and workflows to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Guide and mentor junior staff members in technical aspects of their role.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience creating financial forecasts and modeling different scenarios, ideally in video games, e-commerce, or mobile apps.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience using databases and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Oracle, Workday, or SQL.
• Must be based in or able to work from Novato, California.

• Passion for gaming.
• Proficiency with Hyperion, SQL, JDE, Tableau, or Snowflake.
