ASIC Design Verification (DV) Manager

What you will do

• Lead teams and project groups through all stages of VLSI design and development, including design, validation, and testing.
• Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, costs, risks, and resource allocation across multiple VLSI projects and programs.
• Oversee relationships with VLSI partners and suppliers, including deliverables, quality, schedules, and costs.
• Drive lab-wide process improvement and cost optimization across VLSI program execution.
• Collaborate with program managers, marketing, supply chain, technical leaders, and executives on program status and strategic decisions.
• Hire, coach, develop, and support the performance and organizational health of a high-performing VLSI team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Typically 10 or more years of related experience, including 5 or more years of people management experience.
• Advanced leadership skills in coaching, team building, conflict resolution, and management.
• Advanced project management, time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring skills.
• Mastery of VLSI architecture and logic design, simulation-based design verification, and physical implementation of complex integrated circuits.
• Mastery of English and the local language is required.
