What you will do

• Own the analytics modeling lifecycle for business domains like GTM or Post-Sales using dbt and Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain the semantic layer to power BI platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to translate business requirements into scalable data models.
• Define and enforce consistent metric definitions and segmentation across the organization.
• Build self-serve data products to empower business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform team to validate data quality and specify new source requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 6–8 years of experience in analytics or data engineering, with at least 4 years in analytics engineering.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, specifically Snowflake.
• Proficiency in BI and semantic-layer modeling, ideally Looker or Omni.
• Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling and star schema design.
• Visa sponsorship is not available

Nice to have

• Fluency in SaaS finance metrics like ARR, MRR, and NRR.
• Experience with GTM/RevOps data (Salesforce) or CS data (Zendesk).
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or CI/CD for analytics code.
