Salary: $110,000 - $159,000 base + stock options

What you will do

• Develop and maintain core data models and curated datasets for reporting, AI, and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business and operational data needs.
• Perform in-depth data QA across various sources to identify and resolve accuracy issues.
• Translate business questions into technical requirements as part of a structured development cycle.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Looker and Omni infrastructure and content.
• Implement robust governance and oversight processes to ensure continuity of critical reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time experience as an analytics engineer, data analyst, BI analyst, or data engineer.
• Experience designing core data models supporting reporting and AI/ML applications.
• Hands-on experience with modern transformation frameworks like dbt for building scalable models.
• High proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Expertise in data visualization tools including Looker, Omni, or Tableau.
• Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the 32 approved US states.
