What you will do

• Design and analyze experiments, pilots, and performance evaluations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into operational performance and customer outcomes.
• Analyze data across multiple sources to identify patterns, risks, and emerging business opportunities.
• Use segmentation and cohort analysis to understand user behavior and improve operational processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to frame business problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and provide analytical recommendations.
• Improve data quality and instrumentation by identifying gaps in existing data collection.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven track record of solving complex business problems through thoughtful analysis.
• Strong analytical fundamentals with deep expertise in SQL.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and ambiguous business questions.
• Experience with modern analytics tools such as Python, R, Tableau, Looker, or Snowflake.
