What you will do
- Identify, engage, and qualify high-value prospects in strategic mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Create and execute strategic multi-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, social media) to generate qualified opportunities.
- Run in-depth discovery calls to uncover pain points and align ’s solution to business objectives.
- Coordinate strategic discovery calls and demonstrations with the Account Executive team to maximize conversion and revenue.
- Document prospect pain points and business cases in Salesforce and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Analyze sales data to refine prospecting strategies and improve pipeline generation and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of proven outbound sales experience focused on mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Track record of success in a BDR (or similar) role with outbound prospecting and qualification.
- Strong ability to engage and build rapport with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Experience qualifying prospects and effectively relaying insights to Account Executives.
- Data-driven, process-oriented approach with strong multitasking, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or healthcare/medical sectors is advantageous.
